Connected-vehicle and mobile platforms sit on rich entitlement and behavioral signal, and then ship the same experience to everyone. This is a framework for the opposite: using entitlements, signals, and segmentation to individualize features, content, and offers across the ecosystem, the same lever that turns a utility app into a subscription business.
