Privacy, in plain terms.

Aull Ventures LLC keeps this simple. We collect only the information you choose to send — your name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use it for one thing: to reply and, if it's a fit, to work together. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. If you'd like us to delete what you've sent, email and we will. The full policy below covers the details required by law.

Aull Ventures LLC ("Aull Ventures," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through aullventures.com (the "Site"), why, and your rights over it.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us via the contact form: your name, email address, company/organization (if provided), and the content of your message. Submitting the form is voluntary; we need your email to reply.
• Booking information: if you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, selected time, and any details you enter. This is processed under Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Anti-spam: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (e.g., IP address, browser characteristics) for security; it does not use tracking cookies for advertising.
• Server logs & security: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to deliver and secure the Site.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it does not use client-side state, does not fingerprint individuals, and does not track you across sites.

2. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Site sets no marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for security or core functionality.

3. Why we process your data (legal bases under GDPR)

• To respond to your inquiry and provide requested information — performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To schedule and conduct calls you request — Art. 6(1)(b).
• To keep the Site secure and operational, including spam prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand aggregate, anonymous Site usage — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); the analytics are cookieless and non-identifying.

4. Email handling

Messages and our correspondence are received and stored in our business email hosted by Zoho Mail. Form delivery may be routed through a transactional email provider (e.g., Resend) solely to transport your message to us.

5. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the Site and our business, under appropriate agreements: Cloudflare (hosting, security, cookieless analytics, Turnstile), Zoho (email), Calendly (scheduling), and, if used, Resend (email delivery). Some providers are based in the United States; where data is transferred from the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry and correspondence data only as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business or legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email stephan@aullventures.com. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
