- How to capture AI velocity without surrendering control or governance, the exact tension OEMs face.
Generative and agentic tooling makes delivery faster; it also makes it easy to lose the rigor regulated automotive software depends on. This is a delivery workflow built the other way around: AI does the acceleration, but every step that matters passes through human-in-the-loop gates, evaluation checkpoints, and explicit guardrails, so velocity and governance aren’t a trade-off.
