The Site presents information about Aull Ventures LLC and its advisory and consulting services. Content is for general information only. Viewing the Site, reading content, or submitting an inquiry does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. No warranty on content

Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Case studies and metrics describe past work and outcomes and are not a guarantee or prediction of future results.

4. Confidentiality of past work

References to prior engagements are presented in summary and, where appropriate, anonymized. Nothing on the Site discloses confidential client information.

5. Intellectual property

The Aull Ventures name, logo, design, and content are owned by Aull Ventures LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Third-party services

Scheduling (Calendly), email, and other embedded services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aull Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
