Turning it into a paid consumer revenue platform meant building the machinery for it — entitlements, commerce, paid journeys — and getting it right across more than a million connected vehicles without breaking the experience customers already relied on.

Helped architect and deliver the entitlement and feature-flag foundation governing who gets what, across 1M+ connected vehicles. Enabled progressive rollout, beta, and experimentation on that foundation, so commerce and paid features could be launched, tested, and tuned without all-or-nothing risk. Drove the cross-functional work to wire entitlements to commerce and paid journeys.
